Your information, handled with care

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, the items you ordered and, if you choose to share it, your phone number and any notes for the roaster.

When you join the roast list we collect your email address. When you send us a message we collect your name, email address and whatever you write to us.

We use your details to process and ship your order, send your order confirmation and payment link, answer your questions and, if you joined the roast list, tell you about new coffees. We never sell your personal information.

Order and service emails are sent through our email provider. These emails include open and click tracking, which tells us whether a message was opened and which links in it were clicked, so we can be sure important updates reach you. Links that are personal to you are never tracked.

We measure visits to this site with privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not identify you personally. Your cart is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back, and it never leaves your device until you check out.

We share only what is needed to run the shop: your shipping details with the carrier that delivers your order, and your email address with the provider that sends our emails.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it at any time. We keep order records only as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes.
